Abstract:
The lighting device is provided with a light-emitting unit for emitting illumination light and a control unit for controlling the intensity of the illumination light. The control unit controls the intensity of the illumination light in a holding period during which the intensity of the illumination light is kept constant and in a change period during which the intensity of the illumination light changes over time. The holding period is longer than the change period.
