Abstract:
The microfluidic device according to the present invention comprises: a device body; a first flow channel provided in the device body; a vascular bed-holding chamber that is adjacent to the first flow channel in the device body and provided via a first wall section; an opening that is provided in the device body and communicates with the vascular bed-holding chamber; and a partition wall that is provided in such a manner as to close the opening, wherein a plurality of first slits are formed in the first wall section and the partition wall is removable.
