Abstract:
Provided is a lighting device that can be used as illumination for normal living spaces and that has the effect of reducing factors that lead to a so-called "on-edge" state by activating the serotonin nervous system of humans and reducing aggression essentially without elevating blood noradrenaline levels. The lighting device radiates light that, in addition to visible light, also comprises near‑ultraviolet rays with a wavelength of 320‑380 nm.
