Abstract:
One embodiment of the present invention provides a lightweight tool holder capable of vibration damping. The lightweight tool holder capable of vibration damping according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a tool fixing part to which a tool is coupled; a spindle coupling part connected to the tool fixing part and coupled to a spindle; and a lightweight vibration attenuation part formed by stacking metals between the tool fixing part and the spindle coupling part. The lightweight vibration attenuation part comprises: a plurality of first metal layers stacked to be distanced from one another; and second metal layers comprising a plurality of support bars connecting between the plurality of first metal layers. The lightweight vibration attenuation part is formed by 3D printing.
