Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a lignite drying method and drying system using flue gas recirculation. The method comprises: extracting, from the tail of a boiler, a recirculating flue gas as a drying agent for first-stage drying of high-moisture lignite; while performing lignite milling and pulverizing treatment on the obtained pre-dried lignite in a lignite milling and pulverizing unit, introducing hot primary air to perform second-stage drying on the pre-dried lignite; carrying, by using the hot primary air, the obtained dried and pulverized lignite powder, and feeding same into a combustor for combustion in a boiler furnace; and performing the lignite milling and pulverizing treatment on the pre-dried lignite by using a medium-speed milling and pulverizing system as the lignite milling and pulverizing unit. The system comprises: a recirculating flue gas unit, an air supply unit, a lignite drying unit, and the lignite milling and pulverizing unit. According to the present invention, the flue gas of the boiler is extracted to perform pre-drying on the lignite to reduce moisture in the lignite, so that the remaining moisture in the lignite satisfies a range of a drying capacity of the medium-speed milling and pulverizing system, and thus, a more stable and reliable medium-speed milling and pulverizing system can be selected and used in a high-moisture lignite boiler.
