Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an on-line adaptive DC offset correction circuit, comprising an analog adder circuit, a digital-to-analog conversion circuit, a DC detection circuit, an adaptive update signal generation circuit, an output circuit, and a mode selection circuit. The circuit receives an input signal having a DC component, detects the DC component, obtains a compensation value by means of operation, converts the compensation value into an analog signal, and feeds the analog signal back to an input terminal of a signal chain, thereby eliminating the DC component of the signal itself. During a compensation process, the circuit adjusts the rate of DC offset adaptively according to a DC offset value in the input signal, and dynamically changes the rate of adjustment, such that the algorithm can be used to quickly perform DC compensation under a condition of large DC offset, and slowly update the DC value if the offset is small. Therefore, the circuit can achieve both a fast convergence speed and a minimum impact on a signal link.
