Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of deciding a line control order while taking into consideration the state of on-site equipment such as a switch stand. To solve this problem, the line control device is characterized in being provided with: a storage unit for storing train diagram information including information about train diagrams and delay times, train detail information indicating the line on which each of the trains is to advance, train line information indicating the predicted times when the trains will enter predetermined lines, and line switch stand information correlating the control states of each of the lines and the state of the switch stand at that time; and a calculation processor for executing a process for determining the predicted times when the trains will enter the predetermined lines and storing the times in the train line information, a process for determining the state of the switch stand when a preceding train enters a predetermined line and finding whether or not there is another train line conflicting with the state of the switch stand at that time, and a process for determining a standby time caused by the conflict and calculating a diagram delay time when there is another conflicting train.
