Abstract:
Provided is a linear motor control apparatus, wherein a vector control type current controlling means (13) is equipped therein. Also equipped is an induced voltage compensating means (31) for adding a voltage compensation value, obtained from a detected velocity value (x•) of a mover and an induced voltage constant (φ), to a q-axis voltage command value (Vq') outputted by a thrust current control unit (18). Also equipped is a position-change inductance compensating means (32) for calculating a q-axis voltage compensation value and a d-axis voltage compensation value, using a detected position value (x), the detected velocity value (x•), a detected q-axis current value (iq), and a detected d-axis current value (id), and compensating the q-axis voltage command value (Vq') and a d-axis voltage command value (Vd').
