Abstract:
Provided is a device for controlling a distributed linear motor (1) in which a plurality of individual motors (3) each capable of functioning as an armature on a primary side of an independent linear motor are arranged at intervals in the movement direction (X) of a movable element (4), said device comprising: a plurality of individual motor control means (6) for controlling the individual motors (3), respectively; and an overall control means (7). Each of the individual motor control means (6) comprises a feedback control unit (9) for controlling feedback in response to a position command from the overall control means (7). A feedback-influence gradual change unit (10) is provided for gradually increasing feedback influence from a zero level within a near region defined by a control boundary.
