Title:
LINER MATERIAL FOR HIGH-PRESSURE HYDROGEN TANKS, WHICH IS FORMED FROM RESIN
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/168731
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a multilayer liner material which is formed from a resin and is suppressed in breakage even if filling and pressure discharge of high-pressure hydrogen are repeated. The present invention relates to a liner material for high-pressure hydrogen tanks, which is a laminate that contains a bonding layer (A), a substrate layer (B) and a barrier layer (C), while satisfying the requirements (1)-(3) described below.
(1) The bonding layer (A) contains an ethylene-based adhesive resin (A1); the substrate layer (B) contains an ethylene-based resin (B1); and the barrier layer (C) is formed from a barrier resin.
(2) The difference between the crystallinity (XA1) of the ethylene-based adhesive resin (A1) and the crystallinity (XB1) of the ethylene-based resin (B1) satisfies the following formula (I).
-18% ≤ [(XB1) - (XA1)] ≤ 18% (I)
(3) The ethylene-based adhesive resin (A1) contains from 0.01% by mass to 5.0% by mass (inclusive) of a constituent unit, which is derived from a graft monomer (D) selected from among unsaturated carboxylic acids and/or derivatives thereof, relative to 100% by mass of the ethylene-based adhesive resin (A1).
