Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of molds, and in particular to a linkage demolding structure of a vehicle lamp injection mold. The linkage demolding structure solves the problem of the high cost of linkage between pulling blocks in an existing mold. The linkage demolding structure of a vehicle lamp injection mold comprising a mold base comprises a first pulling block and a second pulling block which are slidably arranged on the mold base, wherein the mold base is provided with a second sliding groove for guiding in a sliding direction of the second pulling block; the second pulling block is provided with a second sliding block matching the second sliding groove, with the sliding direction of the second pulling block on the mold base crossing a moving direction of the first pulling block; a first driving source is provided on the mold base for driving the first pulling block to move for demolding; a force transmission mechanism is provided between the first pulling block and the second pulling block and can generate a pulling force on the second pulling block when the first pulling block moves; and under the action of the force transmission mechanism, the first pulling block and the second pulling block successively move for demolding. According to the present invention, linkage demolding in different directions between the pulling blocks under one driving source is realized, the overall structure of the mold is more compact, and the manufacturing cost of the mold is reduced.
