Abstract:
Provided is a multi-color vehicle lamp injection mold with a rotary demolding function, belonging to the technical field of molds. The present invention solves the problem of the poor quality of injection molding for a multi-color vehicle lamp manufactured using an existing multi-color vehicle lamp injection mold. The multi-color vehicle lamp injection mold with a rotary demolding function comprises several vertically arranged fixed molds and movable molds of the same number as the fixed molds, and further comprises a rotating member, wherein the several fixed molds are arranged on the rotating member and can be driven by the rotating member to rotate; each movable mold can be combined with the corresponding fixed mold to form an injection molding cavity; and each fixed mold is connected to a guide member, an oblique ejector block is slidably connected on the guide member, the oblique ejector block can obliquely slide along the guide member, the oblique ejector block is provided with a clamping portion which can be clamped to a workpiece formed in the injection molding cavity, a movable ejector rod is connected to the guide member in a penetrating manner, and the ejector rod is connected to the oblique ejector block and can drive the oblique ejector block to be separated from the workpiece formed in the injection molding cavity. The present invention improves the injection molding quality of products.
