Abstract:
Provided is a lint removal apparatus for dyed and printed textile fabric, comprising a fixing plate (4); the fixing plate (4) is fixedly equipped with electrically powered push rods (6) on the two sides of the middle of the lower surface, respectively; the lower ends of the electrically powered push rods (6) are fixedly connected to a connection plate (7); the lower surface of the connection plate (7) is fixedly equipped with lint suction bins (8) on the left and right sides, respectively, and the number of lint suction bins (8) is two; a lint removal bin (9) is fixedly mounted between the two lint suction bins (8), and the bottoms of the lint suction bins (8) and the lint removal bin (9) are fixedly equipped with a material-permeable plate (26), respectively; a first partition plate (21) is fixedly connected above the left and right sides of the inner wall of the lint suction bins (8); a storage bin (22) is provided above the first partition plate (21), and a connection pipe (23) is fixedly connected inside the left and right sides of the first partition plate (21); the upper end of the connection pipe (23) extends into the storage bin (22), and a lint suction fan (27) is fixedly mounted in the middle of the connection pipe (23); the lower end of the connection pipe (23) is fixedly connected to a lint suction pipe (24); a plurality of lint suction nozzles (25) are fixedly mounted on the lower surface of the lint suction pipe (24); a lint removal motor (30) is fixedly mounted at the middle of the inner wall of the bin body above the lint removal bin (9). The apparatus is more effective in removing lint, is highly practical, and facilitates the printing and dyeing processing of textile fabric.
