Abstract:
A novel weaving dust collection apparatus for a textile machine, comprising a textile machine body (1). A sliding rail (7) is fixedly mounted on an upper portion in the textile machine body (1); an electric sliding cylinder (16) is slidably mounted in the lower portion of the sliding rail (7); a dust suction box (14) is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the electric sliding cylinder (16); pipe connecting pieces (13) are fixedly mounted at the left and right ends of the dust suction box (14); the other end of each pipe connecting piece (13) is fixedly connected to a hose (12); the other end of the hose (12) is fixedly connected to a connecting pipe (8) by means of the pipe connecting piece (13); the other end of the connecting pipe (8) passes through the textile machine body (1) and is fixedly provided with a dust suction fan (9); the other side of the dust suction fan (9) is fixedly connected to a weaving dust collection box (10) by means of the connecting pipe (8); a first filtering plate (20) and a second filtering plate (21) that are horizontally arranged are sequentially and fixedly connected in the weaving dust collection box (10) from low to high; dust suction nozzles (15) are fixedly connected to the lower surface of the dust suction box (14); and the dust suction nozzles (15) are communicated with the dust suction box (14). The apparatus can better remove the weaving dust in the textile machine body (1), and dust suction plates (3) are mounted in the fixing grooves (22) of fixing blocks (2) by means of mounting blocks (23), and thus, it is convenient to take out, replace, and mount, the operation is simple, and practicability is better.
