Abstract:
Provided are: a liquid composition capable of forming a corrosion-resistant cover layer of satisfactory external appearance, having heat-transfer properties and corrosion-resistance with little unevenness of the corrosion-resistance; a layered body having a corrosion-resistant cover layer of satisfactory external appearance, having heat-transfer properties and corrosion-resistance with little unevenness of the corrosion-resistance; a heat exchanger; and a production method for a corrosion-resistant cover layer. The liquid composition contains a liquid medium and a layer-forming ingredient, which contains an electroconductive filler and a powder of a tetrafluoroethylene-based polymer with a melt viscosity at 380°C of 1 × 102 to 1 × 106 Pa·s, wherein the sum of the proportion of the electroconductive filler and the proportion of the tetrafluoroethylene-based polymer contained in the layer-forming component exceeds 75% by mass and at least a portion of the layer-forming component is dispersed.
