Abstract:
A liquid-cooled cable for a liquid-cooled charging socket for an alternative energy electric vehicle comprises two liquid-cooling receptacles (1), DC+ and DC-, in a charging socket for electric vehicles, and further comprises two liquid-cooling electrodes (2) connected to DC+ and DC- electrode poles of a battery pack, and two liquid-cooled cables (3) respectively connected between the DC+ liquid-cooling receptacle (1) and the DC+ liquid-cooling electrode (2) and between the DC- liquid-cooling receptacle (1) and the DC- liquid-cooling electrode (2). The liquid-cooled cables (3) comprise a flexible conductive wire (3.3) for electrical connection, and an inner cooling liquid channel (3.1) and an outer cooling liquid channel (3.2) for cooling the liquid-cooled cables (3). Ends of the inner cooling liquid channel (3.1) and the outer cooling liquid channel (3.2) that are connected to the liquid-cooled electrodes (2) are communicated with a liquid inlet (2.1) and a liquid outlet (2.2), respectively, and ends thereof that are connected to the liquid-cooling receptacles (1) are communicated with a communication cavity (1.1). The liquid-cooled cable increases the current carrying capacity of charging cables from the original 250A to 600A without increasing the diameter of prior art power cables, ensures that the temperature increase of charging cables is within a controllable range, and also meets a charging time requirement of users for electric vehicles.
