Abstract:
A liquid crystal display device (100) and a drive method thereof. The liquid crystal display device (100) includes a plurality of scanning lines (G1 … G2n), a plurality of data lines (D1 … D3m), a data drive (106), a scanning drive (108), and a plurality of pixel units (130). The pixel unit (130) includes a first pixel unit group and a second pixel unit group. The pixel units (130) in the first pixel unit group and the second pixel unit group are arranged alternately. Each of the pixel units (130) has a first display pattern and a second display pattern. The first pixel unit group and the second pixel unit group are in the first display pattern and the second display pattern alternately as each frame of the picture switches. The liquid crystal display device (100) and the drive method thereof can repair the display flaws caused by slow rotation of the liquid crystal.
