Abstract:
A liquid pumping/circulation device 100 that repeatedly pumps a liquid in a liquid tank into a pumping/circulation passage by means of a power device 530 and then causes the liquid to flow down and return to the liquid tank, wherein: a tapered cylinder 620 having a truncated conical shape for partitioning a flow passage and concentric with a tubular tank is provided inside the tubular tank from a lower portion of the tubular tank 610 to a prescribed height inside the tubular tank; the interior of the tubular tank has formed therein a liquid pumping section 621 serving as an upright pumping section, a liquid downflow section, which is an upright downflow section 622 formed between the periphery of the liquid pumping section and the inner circumferential surface of the tubular tank, and a liquid flow direction changing section 623; and driving of the power device forces liquid filling the upright downflow section to flow down and return to the liquid tank, liquid flowing through the pumping/circulation passage returns as liquid in the liquid tank, a portion of the liquid in the liquid tank is sucked into the upright pumping section of the pumping/circulation passage, and an amount of liquid equivalent to the amount flowing down is pumped up, thereby moving and circulating liquid in the pumping/circulation passage of the tubular tank.
