Abstract:
A liquid dispersing device according to the present invention comprises at least one liquid flow member that can be attached to a rotary shaft. The liquid flow member includes: at least one tubular liquid suction portion extending along the rotary shaft and having a liquid suction port at the lower end; and at least one tubular liquid ejection portion, one end of which is in communication with the upper end of the liquid suction portion, the other end of which is provided with an ejection port, and which extends with an inclination with respect to the liquid suction portion. At the opening surface of the ejection port, the angle θ2 between the axial direction of the ejection portion and the horizontal direction is -90° ≤ θ2 ≤ 20° with respect to the horizontal direction.
