Abstract:
This microchip is formed by attaching together a film and a substrate provided with, on the surface thereof, a penetration hole that serves as a liquid introduction part and a groove that serves as a flow channel, and is for passing a liquid sample through the flow channel from the liquid introduction part to analyze the liquid sample. The microchip is characterized in that, in the joint surface of the film with respect to the substrate, at least a portion corresponding to the flow channel is hydrophilized.
