Abstract:
A liquid transfer device (1), a multi-channel liquid transfer device (2), an automatic target object extraction and transfer device (3), a multi-channel automatic target object extraction and transfer device (4), and a nucleic acid extraction and amplification method. The liquid transfer device (1) comprises a cassette, wherein the cassette comprises a cassette body (11), which is provided with at least two liquid storage chambers arranged linearly; and a cassette base (12), which is located below the cassette body (11) and is provided with several flow channel switching valves (15) and a liquid transfer flow channel (13), wherein the flow channel switching valves (15) are configured to control the connection and disconnection between the liquid storage chambers and the liquid transfer flow channel (13). The liquid transfer device (1) further comprises flow guide assemblies (16), which are accommodated in the liquid storage chambers and seal the liquid storage chambers. Under the effect of an external force, any two flow guide assemblies (16) are synchronously pulled and pushed to move, so as to drive a liquid to be transferred between the liquid storage chambers. Nucleic acid extraction using the multi-channel automatic target object extraction and transfer device (4) comprises the following steps: S1, magnetic bead activation; S2, sample adding; S3, lytic reaction; S4, washing; and S5, elution.
