Abstract:
Provided is a sample extraction device (1), comprising: several chambers (S) configured on a base (10). The chambers (S) comprise a plurality of first chambers (S1) and two mixing chambers (S2). A first passage (L1) is provided inside the base (10) and is used for enabling the two mixing chambers (S2) to be in communication, and a sample extraction chamber (R1) is provided inside the first passage (L1). A second passage (L2) is also provided inside the base (10) and is used for transferring and discharging a liquid, and the two mixing chambers (S2) are controlled by a valve (20) to realize connection and disconnection with the second passage (L2). The sample extraction process is performed inside a fully-closed device, which prevents samples and extraction reagents from being polluted by the external environment and also prevents the environment from being polluted by aerosol generated in the sample extraction process, so the present invention is particularly suitable for the extraction of highly pathogenic samples.
