Abstract:
A lithium-air battery and a manufacturing method therefor. The battery comprises a positive electrode (1), a negative electrode (2), and an electrolyte system (3). The positive electrode comprises a porous hydrophobic carbon paper current collector and a coating layer on the carbon paper current collector. The negative electrode comprises lithium metal. The electrolyte system comprises sulfolane and a lithium salt. The sulfolane has a relatively high electric medium constant and relatively high chemical stability. An electrochemical window of sulfolane-based electrolyte is wide and has relatively good ionic conductivity and stability and can be specifically combined with the porous conductive carbon paper current collector. The manufactured lithium-air battery has excellent cycle performance.
