Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of lithium batteries and discloses a lithium ion battery. The lithium ion battery comprises: a positive electrode comprising a positive electrode active substance, a negative electrode comprising a negative electrode active substance, a separator arranged between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, and a non-aqueous electrolyte, wherein the negative electrode active substance comprises artificial graphite and/or natural graphite; the non-aqueous electrolyte comprises a lithium salt, an organic solvent and a cyclic sulfate/cyclic sulfite compound; and the mass of the non-aqueous electrolyte : the battery capacity is 1.2 g-4/Ah. The lithium ion battery of the present invention has a relatively good cycle performance and a high capacity retention rate during the cycle.
