Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of fish culture, and relates in particular to a live food feeder. The live food feeder comprises a live food container, a food-catching drive mechanism, a rotary shaft, a catching plate, a food-catching holder and a discharge channel, wherein the live food container is arranged at a fish culture container, the rotary shaft, the catching plate and the food-catching holder are arranged in the live food container, the rotary shaft drives the catching plate to rotate, and the catching plate and the fish-catching holder rotate clockwise as one to catch live food in the live food container; in the above process, the live food slides down the upper surface of the catching plate to enter the fish-catching holder, a door of the fish-catching holder is located on a side surface of the fish-catching holder, the door does not open when abutting against a side wall of the live food container, and when the whole fish-catching holder is exposed from the liquid surface and reaches a door opening position, the door opens and the caught live food flows out along with water in the holder, and enters the fish culture container through the discharge channel. The present invention feeds fish with live food, and the arrangement of the fish-catching holder allows for timed and quantitative live fish feeding.
