Abstract:
A load sensor unit according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided with: an operating portion provided in such a way as to be capable of advancing and retreating in a first direction; a load sensor which has a pressure receiving portion and which outputs a signal corresponding to a load in the first direction received by the pressure receiving portion; a coupling portion which has one end portion and another end portion and is provided in such a way as to be capable of advancing and retreating in the first direction in conjunction with the operating portion, wherein the one end portion is coupled to the operating portion and the other end portion activates the pressure receiving portion; and a resilient member which imparts an urging force to the other end portion of the coupling portion and imparts an initial load to the pressure receiving portion via the other end portion. In this way, damage to the load sensor as a result of an excessive load can be prevented even using a simple configuration, thereby allowing the detecting precision of the load sensor to be adequately exhibited.
