Abstract:
A loaded highly selective dual-metal catalyst having a core-shell structure, a preparation method therefor and the application thereof, wherein SBA-15 is used as a carrier, Pt is the active ingredient, and a 3d transition metal is used as an assistant. The 3d transition metal is used with Pt to form a dual-metal catalyst having a core-shell structure. In one aspect, the addition of the 3d metal in the core leads to the reduction of the d-band center for surface Pt atoms and weakens the adsorption to propylene, thereby increasing the selectiveness towards propylene; in another aspect, with the addition of the 3d transition metal, the aim of reducing the usage of Pt may be achieved, thereby reducing the amount of Pt, and allowing a higher efficiency in the use of Pt. The catalyst is applicable in a hydrogen atmosphere, thus having a good result for preparing propylene by means of the dehydrogenation of propane and causing high dehydrogenation activity under high temperature conditions. The overall selectivity of propylene may reach 85%, which achieves high propylene selectivity.
