Abstract:
This locker management device for managing a plurality of lockers having delivery compartments comprises: a usage status acquisition unit that acquires the usage status of the delivery compartments in each of the plurality of lockers; and a transfer information output unit that identifies, on the basis of the usage status, a low usage locker from among the plurality of the lockers, and that outputs transfer information indicating that at least some of the delivery compartments of the low usage locker can be transferred.
