Abstract:

The purpose of the invention is to provide a locking control device, a locking control system, and a locking control method such that locking is securely controlled, articles or information for opening and unlocking can be reissued if lost, and maintenance costs for an internet carrier contract can be reduced. A short range wireless communication unit (11) for a coin locker (10) receives UIM information, which is information for connecting to a mobile communication network, from a wearable device (20) via short range wireless communication. A server communication unit (12) communicates with an authentication server (30) retaining authentication related information via mobile communication using the UIM information. Then, the server communication unit (12) receives authentication information from the authentication server (30). An authentication unit (15) authenticates using the authentication information received from the authentication server (30), and a locking control unit (16) controls locking on the basis of the authentication result via the authentication unit (15).
