A locking device for a bone fixation pin comprises: a sliding block (11) provided with a sliding block fixation hole (111) passing through the sliding block (11) in a first direction, the sliding block fixation hole (111) being configured to allow a bone fixation pin to pass through the sliding block (11) in the first direction; a middle block (12) movably connected to the sliding block (11); and two main blocks (13) connected to two sides of the middle block (12) and provided with main block fixation holes (131) passing through the main blocks (13) in the first direction, the main block fixation holes (131) being configured to allow the bone fixation pin to pass through the main blocks (13) in the first direction. The sliding block (11) can move relative to the main blocks (13) in a second direction to enter a second engagement state, such that projections of the sliding block fixation hole (111) and the main block fixation holes (131) on a plane normal to the first direction are at least partially misaligned so as to lock the bone fixation pin.
