Abstract:
A long sheet abnormal topping control method, comprising the following steps: if a first sheet length value of a first topping sheet is greater than a unit length value, acquiring position information of a buffer floating roller (130), the first topping sheet being configured to top a target feed tape; comparing the first sheet length value with a sheet length threshold to obtain a first comparison result; comparing the position information of the buffer floating roller (130) with preset position information to obtain a second comparison result; and controlling a winding module (140) and/or a main driving module (120) according to the first comparison result and the second comparison result, so that the position information of the buffer floating roller (130) is within a movable range during a process of winding the target feed tape. The control method can improve the winding quality of the target feed tape, and can avoid the problem of wrinkles caused by loosening of the target feed tape during the process of winding the target feed tape. Also comprised are a long sheet abnormal topping controller and a storage medium.
