Abstract:
A bonding control method for a short piece anomaly. The method comprises: acquiring position information of a buffer dancing roller (130) when a first piece length value of a first adhesive piece is less than a unit length value; comparing the position information of the buffer dancing roller (130) with preset position information to obtain a comparison result; and adjusting a winding linear speed of a winding module (140) according to the comparison result, so that the position information of the buffer dancing roller (130) is within a movable range during a winding process of a target tape (170). A control apparatus, which is used for the bonding control method for a short piece anomaly, and comprises an acquisition module, a comparison module and an adjustment module. A controller, which comprises a memory (520), a processor (510) and a computer program that is stored in the memory (520) and can be run on the processor (510), and which is used for implementing the bonding control method for a short piece anomaly when the corresponding computer program is executed. A computer-readable storage medium, which stores a computer-executable instruction, and is used for executing the bonding control method for a short piece anomaly. By means of such an arrangement, when a short piece anomaly occurs in a first adhesive piece during a winding process, position information of a buffer dancing roller is acquired, and active control is performed on a winding linear speed according to the position information, so as to control the position information to be within a movable range during a winding process of a target tape, such that the target tape can be effectively prevented from being broken, thereby improving the winding quality of the target tape.
