Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a double-nut type loosening prevention nut for forming a thread fastening body having fixed thereto a fastened member by using a bolt and a nut, wherein, since the axis of the nut is identical to that of the bolt, and the contact area of flank surfaces of the thread crests of the nut and the bolt is large, the thread fastening body does not become loose and the nut is compatible with various bolts and is easy to obtain by mold processing. To this end, a double-nut type loosening prevention nut according to the present invention comprises: a first nut provided with a thread hole having an axis identical to that of a bolt, a mounting part that is attached to a fastened member, a first fastening part for being screw-fitted to the bolt, and a bolt restriction part in which a reduced diameter section for generating a plurality of spiral contact surfaces having no gaps between the flanks of thread crests of the bolt and the flanks of thread crests of the thread hole of the first nut are formed and which has an outer circumferential surface having an axis identical to that of the bolt; and a second nut that is provided with a thread hole having an axial line identical to the bolt, a second fastening part for being screwed and fit to the bolt, and a pressure contact part that has an inner circumferential surface having an axial line identical to the bolt and that generates a plurality of spiral contact surfaces having no gaps between flanks of thread crests of the bolt and flanks of thread crests of the thread hole of the first nut by pressing the bolt restriction part.
