The present application provides a loudspeaker and an electronic terminal. The loudspeaker comprises a basket having an accommodation space, a vibration system fixed onto the basket, a magnetic circuit system used for driving the vibration system, and a flexible circuit board electrically connected to the vibration system. The flexible circuit board comprises a body portion, a conduction portion connected to the body portion and located between a short side of a voice coil and the basket, a first pad and a second pad which are fixedly disposed on the conduction portion, an outgoing wire welded to the first pad and connected to one end of the voice coil facing the magnetic circuit system, and an incoming wire welded to the second pad and connected to one end of the voice coil away from the magnetic circuit system. The outgoing wire comprises a first welding portion used for welding to the first pad and a first connecting portion used for connecting the first welding portion to the voice coil. The incoming wire comprises a second welding portion used for welding to the second pad and a second connecting portion used for connecting the second welding portion to the voice coil. An included angle is formed between the first welding portion and the long side direction of the voice coil, and/or an included angle is formed between the second welding portion and the long side direction of the voice coil.
