Provided in the present application are a speaker and an electronic terminal, comprising a housing having an accommodating space, a sound-producing unit accommodated and fixed within the accommodating space, and a fixed element fixedly provided on the side of the housing away from the accommodating space. The housing comprises a support frame used for fixing the sound-producing unit and a front cover fixed on the support frame and joined with the support frame to form the accommodating space. The support frame comprises a bottom wall provided opposite and at an interval to the front cover and a sidewall bent and extended from the periphery of the bottom wall and used for fixing the front cover. The fixed element is fixedly provided on the side of the sidewall away from the accommodating space. With the sound-producing unit being fixed in the accommodating space of the housing, the housing comprising the sidewall, with the fixed element being fixedly provided on the side of the sidewall away from the accommodating space, and with the fixed element being fixed to a terminal body, the speaker is thus firmly fixed on the terminal body in the Z direction, fixing is simple, and assembly efficiency is high.
