Abstract:
Provided are a low-carbon alkane dehydrogenation catalyst, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof, belonging to the technical field of petrochemical technology. The catalyst uses as an active component at least one of the precious metals Pt, Pd, Ru and Rh, uses as an auxiliary agent at least one of the transition metals Ga, V, In, Sn, Mn, Ce, Fe and Ni, and uses a modified zinc aluminate carrier as a carrier; the chemical composition of the modified zinc aluminate carrier is general formula ZnMxAlyO4, wherein x is 0.01-0.99, y is 0.01-1.99, and x+y = 2; and M is selected from at least one of the rare earth elements La, Ce, Pr, Sm and Er. The catalyst prepared from the modified zinc aluminate carrier has characteristics such as high propane conversion rate, high product propylene selectivity, high sintering resistance, good stability, etc.; the catalytic performance and the catalyst stability greatly exceed those of existing industrial catalysts, and the catalyst has potential industrial application prospects.
