The present invention relates to a low-dielectric polyamic acid comprising liquid crystal polymer powder, a polyimide film, and a method for producing same, the polyimide film comprising: 10-40 wt% of liquid crystal polymer powder; and a dianhydride acid component including benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride (BTDA), biphenyl-tetracarboxylic dianhydride (BPDA), and pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA), and a diamine component including m-tolidine and para-phenylenediamine (PPD).
