Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for evaluating the insulation of an overlay part, the method comprising the steps of: (a) simulating the overlay part, and collecting data on the size (c) of a gap of an applicator for applying an insulating coating solution, the increased thickness (d) due to the insulating coating, and the capacity (f) of the overlay part; (b) simulating a pure insulating coating layer, and collecting data on the size (g) of the gap of an applicator for applying an insulating coating solution and the thickness (h) of the pure insulating coating layer; (c) calculating relational expression 1 between the thickness (H) of the pure insulating coating layer and the capacity (F) of the overlay part from the data collected through steps (a) and (b); (d) measuring the thickness of an insulating coating layer of an electrode for evaluation; and (e) calculating the capacity of the overlay part by substituting the insulating coating layer thickness measured in step (d) into relational expression 1.
