Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of audio power amplifiers. Disclosed is a low-distortion class D power amplifier applied to a high-power range, comprising: a voltage control module, a current self-excited inner loop oscillation circuit, an MOS switch circuit, an output LC filter circuit, a nonlinear compensation module, and a self-excited oscillation frequency adjustment module. The current self-excited inner loop oscillation circuit consists of a comparator and an output LC capacitor current sampling feedback circuit having a current fed back and connected to the comparator; the voltage control module is provided with a high frequency phase control circuit for adjusting a phase delay of a switching frequency of a circuit, and eliminating the nonlinear characteristics caused by high frequency fluctuation; the self-excited oscillation frequency adjustment module is used for adjusting the oscillation frequency according to the amplitude of an input signal, narrowing the change range of the switching frequency, improving the adaptability of a voltage loop, and reducing nonlinear distortion; the output LC capacitor current sampling feedback circuit uses a mode of a current mirror in which an output capacitor is connected to a small capacitor in parallel; the nonlinear compensation module performs nonlinear compensation on the circuit to further eliminate the full signal amplitude distortion of the circuit.
