Abstract:
Provided are polyacrylamide derivative modified filter paper and an application thereof in nucleic acid separation and enrichment. Also provided is a nucleic acid extraction method based on the polyacrylamide derivative modified filter paper, which can be used for DNA separation and enrichment, but also can be used for separation and enrichment of RNA. The polyacrylamide derivative modified filter paper is taken as a core, and a set of DNA extraction reagents and RNA extraction reagents and a device are comprised; the reagents mainly comprise a lysis solution, a cleaning solution and a nucleic acid release agent; the device consists of a nucleic acid extraction column, a filter paper fixing support and a centrifuge tube, and comprises four basic steps of lysis, nucleic acid capture, cleaning and filter paper transfer.
