Abstract:
A device for the extraction of low-ester pectins, comprising: a base and an outer extraction bowl mounted upon same, the bottom of which extraction bowl is provided with a pectin outlet; a strainer basket arranged inside the extraction bowl, a rotor plate arranged inside the strainer basket, a motor arranged inside the base, and a transmission mechanism connected to the output shaft of the motor capable of separately driving rotation of the strainer basket and of the rotor plate. When the motor turns in a forward direction, the transmission mechanism drives rotation of the rotor plate and does not drive the strainer basket; when the motor turns in the reverse direction, the transmission mechanism drives rotation of the strainer basket. The benefits of the present technical solution are: when the motor turns in a forward direction, driving rotation of the rotor plate and not of the strainer basket, the rotor plate produces powerful liquid flow capable rapidly of extracting pectin from the raw material; when the motor turns in the reverse direction and drives rotation of the strainer basket, centrifugal force is used to throw peripheral pectin out from the raw material, thus conveniently, hygienically and highly efficiently achieving extraction of low-ester pectin.
