Abstract:
Disclosed are a low-frequency power transmission system and a control mode therefor. The present invention comprises a variable-frequency power transmission subsystem and a low-frequency power supply subsystem; the variable-frequency power transmission subsystem comprises: an alternating current-alternating current frequency conversion station connected to a power frequency alternating-current power grid by means of a power frequency alternating-current bus and a power frequency alternating-current transformer, and a first low-frequency alternating-current switch connected to the alternating current-alternating current frequency conversion station; the low-frequency power supply subsystem comprises: a low-frequency wind farm or a pumped storage power station/hydropower station, a low-frequency alternating-current transformer connected to the low-frequency wind farm or pumped storage power station/hydropower station, and a second low-frequency alternating-current switch connected to the low-frequency alternating-current transformer; the first low-frequency alternating-current switch and the second low-frequency alternating-current switch are both connected to a low-frequency power transmission network. According to the present invention, long-distance power transmission of energy sources such as wind power and pumped storage power stations can be implemented, and transmission efficiency and construction costs are considered while effective power transmission is guaranteed.
