Abstract:
A surface pretreatment process for steel wire machining. The process comprises the following steps: step one, conveying a steel wire by means of a feeding roller provided on a pretreatment device, and leading and pulling the steel wire by means of a traction mechanism; and step two, performing acid leaching on the steel wire, and cleaning the surface of the steel wire after being subjected to acid leaching, wherein an anti-leak treatment is performed on acid mist by means of a fan box during cleaning. By means of a traction mechanism of a pre-treatment device, a steel wire is led and then pulled, such that the steel wire can quickly pass through a treatment box, without the need of a box opening operation; and an anti-leak treatment is performed by means of a fan box, such that internal acid mist can be effectively prevented from leaking to the outside, and an effective protection effect is achieved.
