Abstract:
A low-heat-generation, tear-resistant rubber composition for an engineering tire and a preparation method therefor. The preparation comprises: (1) preparing a rubber elastomer, carbon black, a hydrazide rubber modifier, zinc oxide, stearic acid and a tear-resistant auxiliary as a primary masterbatch in an internal mixer, wherein the parts by weight of the zinc oxide is less than 1.5 times the parts by weight of the hydrazide rubber modifier; (2) mixing the primary masterbatch, white carbon black, a coupling agent and an anti-aging agent in an internal mixer to produce a second masterbatch; and (3) mixing the primary masterbatch and the second masterbatch with another zinc oxide, an accelerator, and a vulcanizing agent in a composition ratio to prepare a rubber composition. The rubber composition obtained by the preparation method can effectively reduce the heat generated by a tire and improve the tear resistance of the tire. The preparation method is simple, and convenient to industrially produce.
