Abstract:
The present invention relates to a thermal medium boiler comprising a combustor which includes: a fuel nozzle formed in a center thereof; and a plurality of completely separated fuel nozzles forming a plurality of small fuel lean/fuel rich flames over the entire end surface of the combustor, whereby exhaust gas generated by the flames is recombusted and recirculated to minimize nitrogen oxide (NOx). The combustor has an effect of being structurally simple to realize a basic combustion system without requiring a peripheral device, and of significantly reducing nitrogen oxide (NOx) by dispersing heat and lowering flame temperatures through small split flames, forming an optimized air-fuel ratio flame of each of the small flames, and inducing a fast combustion reaction.
