Abstract:
Disclosed are a low-nitrogen stable combustion system and process for a carbon black tail gas, wherein the process comprises the following steps: (1) providing a low-nitrogen stable combustion system having a low nitrogen combustor and a heat-insulation hearth; (2) introducing a high calorific value fuel gas and a combustion air into the low nitrogen combustor; (3) burning the high calorific value fuel gas and after the temperature is increased to reach the ignition condition of a carbon black tail gas, respectively introducing the carbon black tail gas into the low nitrogen combustor and the upper part of the heat-insulation hearth in two paths, and cutting the high calorific value fuel gas; simultaneously and respectively introducing the carbon black tail gas combustion air into the low nitrogen combustor, the upper part of the heat-insulation hearth and the lower part of the heat-insulation hearth in three paths; introducing the waste gas from the low-nitrogen stable combustion system and cooled through external heat exchange into the low nitrogen combustor and the lower part of the heat-insulation hearth, respectively; and mixing a part of the carbon black tail gas combustion air and a part of the waste gas, and then feeding same into the low nitrogen combustor. By distributing the carbon black tail gas into two paths, distributing the carbon black tail gas combustion air into three paths, and introducing waste gas, the interior of the low-nitrogen combustor and the upper part of the heat-insulation hearth are in a rich-fuel and low-oxygen combustion atmosphere, a reducing atmosphere is formed, and the lower part of the heat-insulation hearth is in a complete combustion state.
