Abstract:
A low-power microwave coring machine applicable to lunar rock, and a usage method therefor. The low-power microwave coring machine comprises an apparatus platform, wherein a supporting frame front plate and a supporting frame rear plate are slidably mounted on the apparatus platform; a rear end face of the supporting frame rear plate is connected to the front end of a microwave generator mounted on the apparatus platform; the rear end of the microwave generator is sequentially connected to a fixed waveguide, a rotating waveguide, a power distributor and a drill barrel; a high-precision slip ring structure is installed on the drill barrel; gear clamping sleeves are arranged on outer walls of both the rotating waveguide and the drill barrel, the gear clamping sleeves mesh with a transmission gear mounted on a rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is connected to a rotary drive; and the rear end of a tunneling drive is fixed on the apparatus platform, and the front end of the tunneling drive is connected to the supporting frame front plate after passing through the supporting frame rear plate. The synchronous movement of a microwave system and the drill barrel is realized, hard rock is drilled while satisfying the condition of the apparatus having a small size and being low power, and the problems of being unable to drill and a drill getting stuck can be avoided; and by means of multi-port millimeter-wave irradiation of the power distributor, the effect of an outer ring of a rock core being completely broken while the rock core is not broken is realized.
