Abstract:
Disclosed is a low-pressure die casting three-chamber holding furnace with an aluminum liquid suspension function. A pressurization chamber I (5-1) and a pressurization chamber II (5-2) are located on two sides of a liquid addition chamber (5-3); a low-pressure die casting machine I (1-1) and a low-pressure die casting machine II (1-2) are respectively provided on upper portions of the pressurization chambers on the two sides thereof; a casting machine-mounted mold I (3-1) and a casting machine-mounted mold II (3-2) are arranged above the pressurization chamber I (5-1) and the pressurization chamber II (5-2) and are in communication with the pressurization chambers via a pressurization chamber liquid rising tube I (4-1) and a pressurization chamber liquid rising tube II (4-2); and the liquid addition chamber (5-3) has two independent blocking mechanisms, i.e. a block mechanism I (8-1) and a blocking mechanism II (8-2), that are used for respectively controlling the supplementing of aluminum liquid in the pressurization chambers on the two sides thereof. Since the middle liquid addition chamber of the holding furnace has the two independent blocking mechanisms, during addition of liquid, the pressurization chambers on the two sides can operate without interruption, thereby improving the production efficiency.
