Abstract:
A low resistance slicing machine blade, comprising a blade body (1), the lower end of the blade body (1) being provided with a blade edge (2), a boss (3) having a transition function being disposed on the surface of the rear end of the blade edge (2), a strain relief section surface (4) and a rear blade surface (5) respectively being disposed on the surface of the rear end of the upper and lower sides of the boss (3), an inclined front pushing section surface (7) and a front blade surface (6) being disposed in order from top to bottom on the surface of the front end of the blade edge (2), and an included angle being formed between the front blade surface (6) and the front pushing section surface (7). The design of the present blade is novel and rational, and can greatly reduce squeezing thrust and friction between the blade and the fixed part of an object, reducing the damage of squeezing and friction to the sliced surface of the object during the slicing process, minimising reaction forces during the slicing process, and ensuring that the slicing process is accurate, highly efficient, and smooth and stable.
