Abstract:
The invention provides a low-temperature liquid-phase method for preparing acrylate. The low-temperature liquid-phase method for preparing acrylate of the present invention comprises the following steps: adding, into a reactor, acetate, a formaldehyde source, organic amine, a solvent, and an in-situ catalyst by proportion, and stirring and mixing same for an in-situ catalytic reaction, so as to obtain acrylate. In the present invention, a low-temperature liquid-phase method is adopted to prepare acrylate; the operation process is simple, and conditions are mild; depolymerization of polyformaldehyde, activation of formaldehyde and acetate, and an aldol condensation reaction can be simultaneous achieved at 10-25oC under a liquid-phase condition; the cost and energy consumption are low; the method facilitates industrial application; the maximum yield of acrylate can reach 90.7%; and the maximum selectivity of acrylate can reach 94.4%.
